Lite Lager
Our Premium Lager is crisp and clean. It is perfect in combination to a long day or just hanging out. It is light in body with a dry finish accompanied by a slight sweet aroma of white grapes from the late addition of German Hallertau Blanc hops. Pair well with friends & family.

American Blonde
An easy drinking, classic American Blonde ale that is well balanced and clean. Slight malty sweetness and aromas come from the simple approach to the beer the two bothers have been making for over 10 years

American Amber
A light body, easy drinking amber ale. It has a perfect balance of malts and hops to round out the crisp finish. This beer became so popular, we had to make it year round…

Hazy IPA
Citrusy East Coast IPA. Flavors of orange and tangerine, along with the aromas like walking through an orchard, come from the massive dry hopping. Slight sweetness comes out from the added milk sugars. Easy drinking all the way through.

West Coast IPA
Our interpretation of a classic West Coast IPA. Light bodied amber base, moderately bittered with cascade and centennial hops, and finished off with a huge dose of fruity and floral El Dorado Hops.

Mexican Style Lager
This MExican Style Lager is a bright and refreshing pilsner with flaked maize. The base ingredients impart a neutral sweet note upfront, with a dry flavor in the finish. This brew is easy drinking and yourself asking for “Uno Mas”

Maverick
Meet Maverick, a spirited 12-year-old German Shepherd who proves that age is just a number. With a heart full of youthful energy, Maverick loves nothing more than playing ball, going for walks, and riding around the neighborhood in the golf cart with his favorite humans. His playful nature shines through, and he never misses an opportunity to indulge in a little treat—especially when it’s from the dinner table.
Though he may put up a brave front, Maverick has a softer side. During thunderstorms or fireworks, he transforms from a confident 110-pound guard dog into a cuddle-loving lap dog, seeking comfort from his human companions. When he’s not playing or seeking affection, you’ll likely find Maverick relaxing on the patio at ETX Brewing Co., soaking in the sights and sounds of downtown with his beloved family by his side.
Maverick is a reminder that with the right company, every day can feel like a new adventure, no matter how many years you’ve lived.
