ETX PREMIUM LAGER

American Lite Lager

Our Premium Lager is crisp and clean. It is perfect in combination to a long day or just hanging out. It is light in body with a dry finish accompaied by a slight sweet aroma of white grapes from the late addition of German Hallertau Blanc hops. Pairs well friends & family.

BRICKSTREET BLONDE

American Blonde Ale

An easy drinking, classic American Blonde ale that is well balanced and clean. Slight malty sweetness and aromas come from the simple approach to the beer the two bothers have been making for over 10 years.

American Amber

A light body, easy drinking amber ale. It has a perfect balance of malts and hops to round out the crisp finish. This beer became so popular, we HAD to make it year round…

PARK RANGER

Hazy IPA w/ Lactose

Citrusy East Coast IPA. Flavors of orange and tangerine, along with the aromas like walking through an orchard, come from the massive dry hopping. Slight sweetness comes out from the added milk sugars. Easy drinking all the way through.

1846 IPA

West Coast IPA

Our interpretation of a classic West Coast IPA. Light bodied amber base, moderately bittered with cascade and centennial hops, and finished off with a huge dose of fruity and floral El Dorado hops.

MEXICAN LAGER

Mexican Style Lager

This Mexican Style Lager is a bright and refreshing pilsner with flaked maize. The base ingredients impart a neutral sweet note upfront, with a dry flavor in the finish. This brew is easy drinking and very well balanced. You will surely find yourself asking for “Uno Mas”.

BERRY SOURESS REX

Fruited Kettle Sour

An American kettle sour flavored with Wakatu hops during the boil; then fruited with a massive does of blueberries and reaspberries post germentation. The appearance is beautiful pale ruby color. This brew is light in body, refreshing, and very sour! Just what you would expect from a T-Rex, this brew has a tart bite!

“Dunkel” is the German word for “dark.” Our ETX Dunkel is a traditional German style dark lager. Malty biscuit-like aroma rounded off with a pleasant chocolatey roasted malt flavor. Prost to good time!

VIENNA LAGER

Vienna Style Lager

The Vienna Lafer style is named for the city in which it originated. Our classic style lager was brewed with Munich and Vienna Malts and fermented with a classic German Lager yeast. This seasonal release is medium bodied with a slight toasted malt sweetness. It is orange copper in color with a clean smooth finish.

PRICKBERRY SOUR

Berliner Weisse w/ Prickly Pear and Strawberry

Get ready to have your taste buds curb-stomped by Prickberry Berliner Weisse. Brewed with 50% wheat and a gallon of attitude, it’s a ferocious beast of sour and fruity fury. Drink up or get out, this beer’s not for the faint of heart.
